Tracking Report

Customer H is one of our VIP customer who has large export demand under DAP term. Since customer company has strict cost control management, they closely monitor container status and request to avoid extra charge as much as possible. Hence we customized daily tracking report to for customer which clearly shows each logistics step and estimated time of next action such as discharge date/ last free day of demurrage/full pick-up appointment with terminal/estimated delivery date. This daily tracking report is handy for customer to manage monitoring stock and produce schedule.
