Customer E is a trading company. Its manufacturer delayed cargo ready date so risk arose that cargo could not load on vessel in time. To help customer gain trust from consignee, we tried our best to accelerate speed to catch terminal cut-off time. In order to achieve that, we dispatched trucks waiting at factory site, once cargo was ready trucker would immediately deliver container to terminal. Meanwhile we asked shipping carrier to keep space for our cargo so container could load on vessel even though it passed cut-off time.
